With two master bedrooms, both with ensuite facilities, and two further bedrooms, a large living and dining area, kitchen and a covered area leading to the private pool. <P> With it's communal pool, floodlit tennis courts and childrens play area - as well as a basketball, and a beach volley ball court Hampton Lakes really does cater for the whole family. <P> The Palms at Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate of luxury houses situated on Highway 27, just off Highway 192. <P>Living Room <P> This beautiful and airy living area is the perfect place to relax and cool down or to plan your activities at the nearby parks or golf courses. <P> This room is equiped with digital cable TV, a video and a Midi CD system. A selection of videos for both children and adults is available at the house. <BR> The living room also leads to a formal dining area. <P>Kitchen<BR> This fully fitted kitchen and nook gives you all the facilities you expect in an American home. Enormous fridge freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave, oven and all the utensils you could need. <P> Whether you decide to cook for yourselves or induldge in a delivery Indian, Chinese or a Pizza, all of which deliver in the area, we are sure you'll have some meals here to add to your memories. <P> Master Bedroom 1<P> The house has two master bedrooms both having en-suite facilities. Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed and is furnished to a very high standard with cable TV, radio and having a walk in closet. <BR> The en-suite bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and two sinks. The bathroom is accessible to wheelchair users. <P>Master bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed, en-suite facilities and a built in closet. The bedroom is furnished to a very high standard having cable TV and radio. <BR> From the bedroom double doors lead into the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has both a shower and bath. This bathroom is also wheelchair accessible. <P>The villa also has two twin bedrooms which share the guest bathroom. One of these rooms has been decorated in "Disney Princess" style. These bedrooms are beautifully furnished to a very high standard. <P>Imagine relaxing in this beautiful private pool after a long day at the parks or out on the golf course. Just sit back, relax and take the heat out of the day. <BR> The pool has an extended deck to make the most of the sun and to give you the room to spread out and bathe in the sunshine.
